Rachel has been very helpful and patient in explaining the various products after doing a very detailed hearing tests on both ears. Her clear explanation of the shortcomings of my hearing has enabled me to move forward in purchasing the hearing aid. She is very thorough in every level of the process up to the equipment and eventual fitting of the hearing aid. Her pleasant disposition also provides me with the confidence and I am very happy and extremely satisfied with her service.

Brought my father in for a consultation was attended by Mr Harbajan, who is very experienced and skillful with diagnosis and identifying the solution that helps to improve my father's hearing. Very comprehensive explanation of what is going on, and real world testing right outside his shop with a noisy escalator sound to demonstrate the effectiveness of the device. Very patient and no sales pressure at all, focusing on the patient's real needs.
