Brought my father in for a consultation was attended by Mr Harbajan, who is very experienced and skillful with diagnosis and identifying the solution that helps to improve my father's hearing. Very comprehensive explanation of what is going on, and real world testing right outside his shop with a noisy escalator sound to demonstrate the effectiveness of the device. Very patient and no sales pressure at all, focusing on the patient's real needs.

Yes. When you complete a hearing aid fitting at Listening Lab, you are automatically enrolled into the Lifetime Aftercare Program at no additional cost.
How often will my hearing aids be reviewed?
We schedule six-monthly reviews to check your hearing aids, perform professional cleaning, make necessary adjustments, and conduct ear examinations. An annual hearing re-test is also included to ensure your devices remain accurately fitted to your hearing needs.
What if my hearing aids were not fitted at Listening Lab?
You can still enjoy our professional aftercare through our Onboarding Program. With a nominal onboarding fee, you can enrol as a Listening Lab customer and gain access to ongoing reviews, adjustments, and maintenance services.
