Rachel has been very helpful and patient in explaining the various products after doing a very detailed hearing tests on both ears. Her clear explanation of the shortcomings of my hearing has enabled me to move forward in purchasing the hearing aid. She is very thorough in every level of the process up to the equipment and eventual fitting of the hearing aid. Brought my father in for a consultation was attended by Mr Harbajan, who is very experienced and skillful with diagnosis and identifying the solution that helps to improve my father's hearing. Very comprehensive explanation of what is going on, and real world testing right outside his shop with a noisy escalator sound to demonstrate the effectiveness of the device. Very patient and no sales pressure at all, focusing on the patient's real needs.

We ended up purchasing a pair of Signia hearing aids, and we’re very satisfied with the outcome. Audiologist Ms. Farisha provided a very professional and comprehensive hearing test, and I was very impressed. I had an itchy ear recently, so I went to the Listening Lab at the curve. An audiologist named Farisha Suratman checked the inside of my ear. After the examination, she said that my ear was just a little red and swollen, and it was nothing serious. She was very helpful and taught me how to take care of my ears.

My father consulted several audiology providers before engaging The Listening Lab Group. His experience was great, from the welcoming reception to the professional and informative hearing test conducted by audiologist Joyce. Like other reviews, the service provided by Joyce was faultless. Her clear explanations of the test procedures and results, along with the practical advice provided, were highly valued. Her skill in making precise hearing aid adjustments tailored to my father's needs was exemplary. My father found Widex Smart RIC hearing aid far more comfortable than the five other brands he previously tried.
Joyce is also a good listener and very understanding. She demonstrates exceptional patience and kindness when interacting with senior citizens. The after-sales service is excellent, and the owner was also kind and flexible. Would highly recommended as first stop if you have any hearing issues.

Having visited many places in Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta for trials, I finally chose Listening Lab because of Ms. Joyce's expertise, patience, and assistance. (A well-known ENT specialist in Kuala Lumpur also recommended this experienced audiologist.) It was very challenging to find audiologists in hearing aid centers in Jakarta, as these centers are usually run by individuals who have not studied audiology. Hearing aid prices are competitive and updated versions are available.
